— HEALSFIT CENTER —

ABOUT US

Our mission is to allow each patient to have tailor-made care in order to reach their objectives: thanks to a graduated multidisciplinary team. Move better to live a healthy and active life, that's what motivates us every day.

The objective is to accompany patients and allow them to regain full possession of their means or to optimise their condition by establishing an adequate protocol .

Healsfit edical centre is a rehabilitation centre directed by Mr. Djoumin SANGARÉ, former professional footballer, physiotherapist graduated in England but also physical trainer graduated in France.

Trust the process...

The physiotherapist measures his professional quality with his ability to listen, treat and monitor patients.”

This is one of the main human qualities that a caregiver must possess. At Healsfit medical centre this is one of the values sought to work with us.

Indeed, we value integrity and empathy and we strive to always positively impact the lives of our patients, by demonstrating leadership.

Communication is essential for us and everyone's pedagogy allows us to better understand the pathology and the treatments implemented.

We strive to pick you up at the exact time of your appointments.

Each support lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour. In case of delay, we ensure that your processing time will not be reduced.

At Healsfit medical centre, we strive to respond to the schedules and active lives of our patients, by offering early and late appointments, while maintaining an optimal quality of service and increasingly efficient care.

A better informed patient is a better cared for patient.

We want you to fully understand the reasons for your pain and the treatments put in place for you.

Our desire is to explain the treatment put in place and the therapeutic approach to the patient. This is called the therapeutic project. Depending on the initial assessment / diagnosis, the pathology and its evolution, the physiotherapist is required to formulate therapeutic objectives in compliance with his principles. We are at your disposal for your rehabilitation treatment.
